Pumpkin Spice Coffee, Vegan and Gluten-Free

Happy Friday 🙂

Ok, so by now we all know I’m addicted to coffee!  I selectively read studies on the benefits of coffee and skip over those that warn of the dangers.  What can I say…I love it!  I’m not sure if I love the actual taste of coffee or the ritual of sipping something warm first thing in the morning.

I read an article a while back on Mind Body Green, which recommended using your morning coffee time as a time to reflect and give gratitude for the many blessings in our lives.  This article stuck with me and I have made it a habit to give thanks and set an intention for the day while I enjoy my morning coffee.  Let’s face it, we’re all doing it so why not make it a time for sending love out into the universe!

Use those first few sips to think of three things in your life you are grateful for and send three kind thoughts out to those you love (or don’t love!) and see how it makes you feel.   Start the day out on a positive note and see how the rest of your day will follow suit 🙂

Dunkin’ Donuts pumpkin spice coffee is some kind of wonderful!  However, I have no idea what they put in it and I’m too afraid to find out!  Here is my healthier version of Dunkin’ Donuts pumpkin spice coffee!
