The ingredients of the Adrenals Support Signature Mocktail
The key ingredient in this cortisol-balancing mocktail is fresh pineapple, known for its natural sweetness and numerous health benefits. Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain, which has been linked to reducing inflammation and promoting digestion. Additionally, pineapple is rich in vitamin C and manganese, which play essential roles in supporting a healthy immune system and aiding in the production of collagen.
Banana against high blood pressure
To further enhance the stress-relieving properties of this adrenals support mocktail, we add banana to the mix. Bananas are an excellent source of potassium, a mineral that helps regulate blood pressure and maintain a healthy heart. They also contain tryptophan, an amino acid that promotes the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter known for its mood-enhancing and calming effects.
Tumeric- the anti inflammatory herb
Turmeric, a spice often used in traditional medicine, is another important ingredient in this mocktail. Curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, has been shown to possess anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helping to combat stress and support overall well-being. Combined with the other ingredients, turmeric adds a delightful earthy flavor and a vibrant golden hue to the mocktail.
Green Tea – the cortisol reducing tea
The addition of green tea to this cortisol-balancing mocktail can further enhance its health benefits and provide an additional boost of wellness. Green tea is rich in antioxidants called catechins, which have been associated with various health advantages. These antioxidants may help reduce inflammation, support heart health, boost metabolism, and promote relaxation.
To incorporate green tea into this immunity mocktail, you can brew a cup of green tea and allow it to cool before adding it to the blender along with the other ingredients. The natural flavors of green tea will complement the tropical flavors of pineapple and banana, creating a refreshing and revitalizing beverage.

Green tea not only adds a pleasant taste to the mocktail but also contributes to its overall nutritional profile. By including this beneficial ingredient, you can further optimize the stress-relieving and health-promoting properties of the cortisol-balancing mocktail.
