- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon dash crushed red pepper flakes or pepperoncino
Instructions
- Chop the celery stalks and carrots.
- Dice the yellow onion.
- Mince the garlic gloves.
- In a large soup pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
