Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 bananas half ripe or ripe
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup vegan protein powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder gluten-free
  • 1/4 cup almonds crushed or other nuts
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 365° F
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe or half ripe bananas.
  • Stir in agave syrup and a half cup of the almond milk and the sea salt.
  • In another mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, oat flour, protein powder and the baking powder.
  • Mix the ingredients of both bowls in a large bowl, stir the ingredients and add a little oatmeal at a time until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  • A homogeneous mixture is, when it is no longer all sticky and is thick and liquid so that it can just be poured from the bowl into the mould. Use only as much oat milk as is necessary to make it viscous.
  • Stir in the vegan chocolate chips and the crushed almonds.
  • Put the homogeneous mixture in a baking form.
  • Bake it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
