  • 2 cups red lentils rinsed
  • cups water
  • 1 cup organic canned diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons onion minced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • teaspoons fresh ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • Let cool and scoop individual portions into ziplock bags. Place in the freezer and thaw as needed.
