  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons brewers yeast not bakers yeast!

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, cream together coconut oil, egg and vanilla extract.
  • Combine dry and wet ingredients and stir in oats and chocolate chips.
  • Using a teaspoon, evenly drop cookie dough on lined cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
