Instructions

  • Brew Your Coffee: Start by brewing a fresh cup of your favorite coffee. Whether you prefer a strong espresso or a smooth drip brew, choose the one that tickles your taste buds.
  • Choose Your Protein Powder: Next, select a high-quality protein powder (Vanilla is my fav) that complements the flavor of your coffee. Popular options include plant-based protein like pea or soy, whey protein or collagen peptides for added skin benefits.
  • Mix It Up: Once you have brewed your coffee (one fluid once or one espresso cup) and chosen your protein powder, it's time to mix them together.
  • Add almond milk and the coffee to the blender or cup.
  • Add one scoop or 1/4 cup or 25g of protein powder to your cup and stir vigorously until it is well blended.
  • Customize Your Proffee: The beauty of proffee lies in its versatility. You can customize it according to your preferences by adding additional ingredients such as cinnamon, or sweeteners like honey or stevia.
