Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond soy or milk of your choice (add a drop of vanilla extract if using unflavored milk)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 dates pitted
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of raw cacao or cocoa powder
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of coconut manna

Notes

I used some coconut manna that I had kicking around the house.  Coconut manna is a butter made of coconut flesh.  You can easily substitute coconut oil or any nut butter of your choice.  I’m sure peanut butter would taste amazing :)
Feel free to top with a little coconut whipped cream for fun, it’s the weekend :)
