I used a can of coconut milk because I ran out of almond milk however, you can use whatever liquid you prefer. Water, soy milk, coconut milk, almond milk…etc. Just make sure to add 3.5-4 cups of fluid to 1 cup of steel cut oats. The creamy coconut milk made this breakfast decadent :)
