Mix dried beans, water, bragg’s amino acids, brown sugar and toasted sesame oil in the crock pot, add a piece of kombu, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beans are tender.
Serve warm over quinoa or brown rice, top with fresh chopped scallions and enjoy :)
