  • For Balsamic Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar optional
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
