The best recipe for Sunshine Slush Smoothie

To say it is cold out there is an understatement! We are snowed in and missing the sun! Sunshine slush will have to do today!
Fresh squeezed orange juice blended with tropical fruit and a dollop of coconut oil will give you that burst of sunshine that is well needed today!
This smoothie packs a huge dose of vitamin C and coconut oil to nourish dry winter skin. The healthy fat from the coconut oil also helps the body absorb the vitamin D drops. I am obsessed with my Metagenics liquid vitamin D drops. Vitamin D in the liquid form is readily absorbed and so important for keeping the winter blues at bay and immune system running strong.
