The best recipe for Pumpkin Pie “Green Monster” Smoothie

In the spirit of Halloween, get the kids to help you make this “Green Monster” smoothie!
Fuel up with protein and omega fatty acids from the hemp seeds, carotenes and vitamin C from the pumpkin and iron from the spinach, all while tasting like pumpkin pie!

- 1 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 dates pitted
- large handful of baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon cacao or cocoa powder
Instructions
