- 1 clove garlic, minced
- juice from 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- sea salt to taste
