  • 2 heaping cups of thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • sea salt to taste
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Let marinate for 1-2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
