- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, sun butter or tahini)
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- handful baby spinach leaves
- 1-2 dates, pitted (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend away!
