gratitude

gratitude

Monday’s tragic events makes you want to hug your loved ones a little tighter and give thanks for our blessings…no matter how small.

In our little family we practice gratitude every night before dinner by holding hands, closing our eyes and giving thanks.  A few weeks ago Noah decided to initiate this on his own.  Now, every night (every meal for that matter!) he sits in his highchair with arms extended until we grasp hold of his little hands.  It makes my heart swell…

How we eat is just as important as what we eat.  This simple practice makes you slow down and put life in perspective.  Blessing your food creates an energy of health and healing.

Remember to be thankful for what we have and share that love with others.
